Megan Fielding is a senior advisor to CEOs and executive teams on crisis, leadership transitions, enterprise transformation, and marketing and communications functional reset.

As the founder of KindleRoot Advisory, she partners directly with leadership teams to align stakeholder narrative, activate strategy, and build integrated operating models that drive measurable business outcomes. Her work is grounded in governance, leadership cadence, and execution, ensuring organizations move with clarity and confidence at moments that define reputation and performance.

Megan brings deep experience across complex, global, and highly regulated sectors including telecommunications, financial services, and agriculture. She has led communications and brand strategy through major industry crises, including telecommunications reputation challenges and the global fertilizer disruption, and has advised on five CEO transitions with minimal impact to share price, employee engagement, and stakeholder sentiment.

An operator as well as an advisor, Megan has built global brand and communications functions from the ground up, reset legacy teams to align with business priorities, and managed large international teams and agency ecosystems. She is known for translating strategy into governance, tools, and measurable execution, positioning marketing and communications as a driver of growth, alignment, and market confidence.

Prior to founding KindleRoot Advisory, Megan held senior leadership roles at TELUS, Sun Life, and Nutrien, where she advanced enterprise narrative, executive visibility, and integrated brand and communications operating models.

She is based in Calgary and works with clients globally.
